1. Digital Subscription Refunds

 
  • Free Trial: No payment required during the 7 day trial.
  • Paid Subscriptions: Prorated refunds within 14 days of purchase.

2. Add-Ons & One-Time Purchases

 

Templates/Tools (e.g., €60 Pro Toolkit): Non-refundable once downloaded.

Defective Products: Replacement guaranteed if reported within 14 days.


3. How to Request a Refund

 
Email kontakt@digexautomation.com with:
 
  • Your account email.
  • Transaction ID (from Stripe/PayPal receipt).
  • Reason for the request.
  • We will respond within 2 business days.

4. Exceptions


No refunds for:


  • Usage exceeding 10 hours in a billing cycle.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service.

5. Cancellations


  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via your account dashboard.
  • No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (monthly plans).
