These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Digex platform (“Service”), a cloud-based project management and collaboration tool provided by DIGEX DIGITAL LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Description & Access
Subscription Plans
Tiers: Free Trial, Standard (€15/month), Professional (€60/month), Enterprise (Contact us).
Features: Project planning, team collaboration, live streaming, integrations (e.g., CRM, Slack), and data security tools.
Account Requirements
Provide accurate registration details (e.g., email, company name).
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
3. License & Restrictions
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:
- > Access and use the DigEx platform strictly in accordance with your active subscription tier.
- > Connect and integrate with supported third-party tools (e.g., Google Workspace, HubSpot, Slack, Stripe) as permitted by your plan.
Prohibited Activities
- ✕ You may not resell, sublicense, lease, or commercially host any part of the Service to third parties.
- ✕ You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract or replicate the source code of the platform.
- ✕ You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including storing illegal content, violating data privacy laws, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
4. Payments & Billing

–All subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis in EUR, depending on the plan you select at checkout.

Payment Processor:
–All transactions are securely handled by our trusted third-party payment provider. DigEx does not store, process, or have access to your payment details at any time.

Refunds:
- >A full 14-day money-back guarantee is provided for all new subscriptions — no questions asked.
- >Refunds are not available for partial billing periods once a cycle has begun.
- >Add-on services (e.g., onboarding sessions, training, or custom integrations) are non-refundable.
5. Data Ownership & Security
Your Data: You retain full and exclusive ownership of all data, files, and content you upload, create, or store within the DigEx platform. We do not claim any rights over your data, and we will never sell, share, or use it for any purpose beyond delivering the Service to you.
Our Safeguards:
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
- Regular security audits.
- Compliance with GDPR/CCPA.
6. Support & Service Management
- Support: Included for paid tiers (via kontakt@digexautomation.com).
- Downtime: We aim for 99.9% uptime (excludes scheduled maintenance).
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- >Violate these Terms.
- >Fail to pay subscription fees.
- >Engage in fraudulent activities.
8. Changes to Terms

- >Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
